On December 22, Sichuan SASAC held the 3rd General Assembly of Sichuan Provincial State-owned Enterprises Alliance for "Belt and Road" Cooperation in Chengdu. The assembly aims to thoroughly study and apply the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on deepening opening-up and cooperation, implement the arrangements on opening up and development by the Central Economic Work Conference and the Economic Work Conference of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, plan and promote Sichuan's SOEs’ participation in the "Belt and Road" opening-up and cooperation in the new stage, help SOEs to gain greater achievements in reform and development. Xu Jin, Director of Sichuan SASAC attended and addressed the assembly. Fu Yan, Special Commissioner of the Ministry of Commerce in Chengdu attended the assembly and delivered a guidance speech. Head of Foreign Affairs Office of Sichuan Province attended the assembly and delivered a speech, and heads of Chengdu Branch of the People's Bank of China, Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, and Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Economic Cooperation attended the assembly.
